My name is Jackie (bubbly) and I’ve been making graphics for about 3 years now.

I like to consider myself one of the most laid back graphic makers you’ll ever find, but I do have three big rules:
 Respect the makers. My sigs and blinkies are often made from pixels that other people have taken the time to create. It’s hard work and often a labor of love. Respecting the makers is #1.
 Don’t steal my graphics – meaning please don’t take my graphics and claim you made them.
 DO NOT HOTLINK. I pay a yearly fee for my webspace and by hotlinking, you are costing me money. And if there’s one thing I hate more than nearly anything, it’s when people cost me money. Please don’t do it. :D
